  • Eat healthy, with fresh foods and vitamin-heavy ingredients. If the skin is provided with enough vitamins minerals, antioxidants and secondary plant-based agents, the skin will remain youthful and full of life.
  • Take care to get enough sleep and take a break every once in a while. This also gives your skin the chance to regenerate from the daily stress.
